Going On A Cellulite Diet Should Be Combined With Exercise

Going on a cellulite diet means making some serious life changes because diets don’t work if they are only done for a month at a time. It takes the body time to break down calories and fats. Plus it can be really unhealthy when switching from a well-balanced diet to one where people forget to eat except once a day. You know what I’m talking about. So how can a diet be successful?

Foods That Burn Fat

Diets are successful not just by loss of weight or loss of cellulite. It matters how you feel during the day that counts too. Are you lethargic? Are you more energetic? How do you feel? When you start the cellulite diet start a journal too so you can log the food, calories, and fat for each item. It may seem a bit extreme but it helps people realize what they are putting into their bodies.

Here are a few foods that burn fat:
Lean meats like chicken and fish
Low fat dairy products such as Swiss cheese
Whole grain foods like oatmeal and brown rice
     Hot peppers
     Green Tea

By eating foods that burn fat it attacks the fat cells on the thighs, stomach, and buttocks where cellulite predominantly lives.

Cellulite Home Remedies

A cellulite diet is just one of the many cellulite home remedies. Exercise being the second best. But there are home tricks that help diminish the sight of cellulite on the stomach, thighs, or buttocks. Taking used coffee grounds, warming them up, and rubbing them on the cellulite problem area, for example, is a great home remedy to reduce the appearance of cellulite. This is because caffeine is so great fighting against cellulite as it blocks the growth of fat cells. Try a coffee cellulite wrap and a cellulite diet to see how much longer those fat cells can hold on.
